Harmony was selected as a student that is making a difference in her school district. We are so proud of her and very grateful to David Gerbstadt and Mayor Tom Micozzie for their generosity and time.

Student Mayor
Harmony had an assignment in school where she had to reply to the question "What can you do to make the world a better place?" Harmony wrote, "I can help the mayor with his problems."
So, we contacted the mayor to see how Harmony could help him. Mayor Tom Micozzie said that he would meet with Harmony, talk to her about the current needs of the community, introduce her to a local business person and have her sit on council for an evening. Over the next few months, he made a visit to her school and another neighboring school. Harmony's outreach to the mayor encouraged him to do some more outreach in schools.
